9th Annual Ladies Retreat  June 11-12, 2010 All attendees must register by mail or online. If paying by check, please click here to print a brochure and registration form. If paying by credit card, please complete the following form. Retreat fees are transferable, but non-refundable. You must make your own hotel reservations at the Doubletree. The registration fee is $30 (plus $2 service charge if using PayPal). After completing this form, you will be taken to PayPal's secure Web site to pay the register fee with your credit card. |
